All three paths converge on the same CHRT™ written examination administered by CHRT Exam Proctor under NDA, and the same Module 12 Field Evaluation. The path describes how candidates qualify to sit the exam.
Bachelor's or graduate degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related discipline from one of 200+ approved institutions.
Diploma or certification from an accredited trade school, technical college, or industrial maintenance program, plus relevant prior credentials (ASE, IPC-A-610, CompTIA A+, or OEM-specific tiers).
Completion of the CHRT™ 480-hour, 12-module curriculum covering all 15 major OEM humanoid platforms. Open to candidates without prior degree or trade-school credentials.
Every CHRT™ credential holder controls which fields appear in the public directory through a granular per-field opt-in during registration. Legal Name is never displayed and is held only for ID verification. Photo, Education, Prior Credentials, and Service Area are visible only when the candidate has explicitly opted them in. Withheld fields display as ⬖ Withheld per candidate preference, so a directory visitor can always see that a field exists and is governed by the opt-in policy rather than absent from the record.
Passed the CHRT Exam Proctor proctored written examination. Authorized for diagnostics, maintenance, and PKI-signed Robot Health Passport™🛡 documentation. Module 12 Field Evaluation may be pending.
Passed both written exam and Module 12 Field Evaluation, plus RobotCare network onboarding. Cleared for immediate fleet dispatch. The Service-Ready Date is the later of the two qualifying events.
Advanced designation built on Service-Ready, with sector-specific recertification (Logistics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail). Authorized for fleet-level audit and analysis.
