When does my credential appear in the directory?
Within 3 business days of your exam window closing. The record is created automatically from exam results delivered by our certification testing partner under NDA. No action is required on your part.
What is the difference between CHRT™ Certified and Service-Ready?
CHRT™ Certified means you passed the proctored examination and are authorized to perform diagnostics, repairs, and documentation across the 13 covered humanoid platforms. Service-Ready means you have also completed RobotCare network onboarding and have at least one verified Robot Health Passport™🛡 entry, making you immediately dispatchable by fleet operators without additional screening.
How long is my credential valid?
CHRT™ credentials are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. Recertification is available beginning 90 days before expiration. Your digital badge updates automatically to reflect the new expiration date once recertification is complete.
Can I add my CHRT™ credential to LinkedIn?
Yes. Add it under Licenses & Certifications. Issuing organization: RobotCare, LLC. Credential ID: your full CHRT number. Credential URL: chrttechnician.com/verify followed by your credential ID. The badge image is provided in your Technician Login portal in formats sized for LinkedIn and other platforms.
How is the badge verified by employers and insurers?
Every badge includes a live verification URL pointing to chrttechnician.com/verify followed by your credential ID. Anyone clicking the URL is shown your current credential status, issue and expiration dates, Service-Ready status, authorized platforms, and a link to your PKI-signed Robot Health Passport™🛡 service history. No login or RobotCare contact is required.
What standards does the CHRT™ credential align with?
The CHRT™ curriculum aligns with ANSI/A3 R15.06-2025 (the U.S. industrial robot safety standard) and ISO 13482 (personal care robots). RobotCare, LLC holds memberships in A3 (Association for Advancing Automation) and the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society. The credential is modeled on the ASE technician certification framework that has served the automotive industry for over fifty years.
