CHRT™ Candidate Attestation and Agreement

The legally binding affirmation accepted by every CHRT™ candidate at registration. Administered in conformance with ISO/IEC 17024, the AERA/APA/NCME Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing, ANSI/A3 R15.06-2025, and applicable U.S. federal and state law.

By creating a candidate account and registering for the Certified Humanoid Robot Technician™ (CHRT™) examination, I affirm under penalty of credential denial, suspension, or revocation that I have read, understood, and agree to each of the following:

1. Truthfulness of Application Information

All information I have provided in my CHRT™ candidate application, including legal name, contact information, education, prior credentials, work experience, and eligibility pathway (Path 01, Path 02, or Path 03), is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any material misstatement, omission, or falsification is grounds for immediate denial of certification, suspension, or permanent revocation, without refund of fees.

2. Authenticity of Credentials and Education

I attest that all degrees, diplomas, certificates, transcripts, and prior industry credentials submitted in support of my CHRT™ eligibility are authentic, were issued to me, and are currently valid or in good standing.

3. Authorization to Verify

I authorize RobotCare, LLC, its certification testing partner, and their respective agents to contact any educational institution, prior employer, credentialing body, professional reference, or government agency for the purpose of verifying any information I have provided. I waive any claim against RobotCare, LLC, its partners, or any party providing information in good faith pursuant to such verification.

4. Identity Verification and Examination Conduct

I consent to identity verification procedures including government-issued photo ID inspection, biometric capture, live remote proctoring, and session recording. I will personally sit for the CHRT™ examination without any unauthorized assistance, reference materials, recording devices, or third-party communication. I will likewise complete the Module 12 Field Evaluation personally and without unauthorized assistance if I wish to have 'Service-Ready' added to my CHRT™ certification.

5. Examination Content Confidentiality

I acknowledge that all CHRT™ examination items, scenarios, simulations, and related content are the confidential intellectual property of RobotCare, LLC, protected under U.S. and international copyright law. I will not reproduce, distribute, discuss, photograph, transcribe, or otherwise disclose any examination content before, during, or after the examination. Violation is grounds for permanent revocation and may result in civil action.

6. Code of Professional Conduct

I agree to uphold the CHRT™ Code of Professional Conduct, which requires honesty in all technician work product, accurate cryptographic attestation of maintenance events to the Robot Health Passport™🛡, compliance with ANSI/A3 R15.06-2025 and ISO 13482, and avoidance of any act that would compromise humanoid robot safety, public safety, or the integrity of the humanoid robotics aftermarket.

7. Service-Ready Date Accuracy

I understand that my Service-Ready Date, defined as the later of my CHRT™ written examination pass date and my Module 12 Field Evaluation pass date, is a material credibility-building data point relied upon by fleet operators, insurance carriers, and OEM authorized service partners. I will not represent myself as Service-Ready prior to that date and I will not misrepresent the date once issued.

8. Continuing Certification Obligations

I acknowledge that the CHRT™ credential is valid for five years from issuance and that maintenance of certification requires continuing education, periodic recertification, and adherence to evolving OEM service bulletins and applicable standards. I will promptly notify RobotCare, LLC of any change in legal name or contact information, and of any disciplinary or licensure action that could affect my certification status.

9. Public Directory and Data Display

I understand that my certification status, credential number, issuance date, and expiration date will be displayed in the public CHRT™ registry at chrttechnician.com. Additional fields (photo, education, prior credentials, service area) will be displayed only per the granular opt-in preferences I select, and may be updated by me at any time. I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the RobotCare, LLC Privacy Policy.

10. Grounds for Denial, Suspension, or Revocation

I acknowledge that the following constitute grounds for denial, suspension, or permanent revocation of the CHRT™ credential: misrepresentation of application information; falsification of credentials or experience; examination or field evaluation misconduct; breach of examination confidentiality; fraudulent or negligent cryptographic attestation to the Robot Health Passport™🛡; gross negligence resulting in humanoid robot system damage or human injury; and any act bringing the CHRT™ credential into disrepute.

11. Permanent Record of Disciplinary Action

I acknowledge that any suspension, revocation, or denial action will be recorded in the CHRT™ credentialing record and may be disclosed to third parties making credential verification inquiries, consistent with ISO/IEC 17024 governance requirements.

12. Due Process and Appeal

I understand that any adverse credentialing action is subject to the CHRT™ appeal procedure published at chrttechnician.com, which provides for written notice, opportunity to respond, and impartial review prior to final action.

13. Indemnification and Release

I release RobotCare, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and certification testing partner from any claim arising from the good-faith administration of the CHRT™ credential, including examination administration, scoring, credential issuance, denial, suspension, revocation, and directory publication.

14. Governing Standards and Law

I acknowledge that the CHRT™ program is administered in conformance with ISO/IEC 17024, the AERA/APA/NCME Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing, ANSI/A3 R15.06-2025, and applicable U.S. federal and state law. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Electronic Signature

I agree that my electronic acceptance of this Attestation has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature and constitutes my legally binding agreement to all terms above.

Affirmation and Acceptance

By clicking "I Agree," I affirm each statement above on this date and authorize RobotCare, LLC to proceed with my CHRT™ candidate registration.

Acceptance is captured at the time of candidate registration with timestamp, IP address, and account identifier, and is retained as part of the candidate's permanent CHRT™ record consistent with ISO/IEC 17024 governance requirements.
