These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of chrttechnician.com, the official public registry of the CHRT™ (Certified Humanoid Robot Technician™) credential operated by RobotCare, LLC. By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
By accessing chrttechnician.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the RobotCare, LLC Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, including employers verifying credentials, fleet operators, insurance carriers, OEM service partners, and candidates registering for the CHRT™ credential. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Candidate Attestation accepted at registration
These Terms govern general use of chrttechnician.com. Persons registering as a CHRT™ candidate additionally accept the CHRT™ Candidate Attestation and Agreement at the time of candidate account creation. The Attestation incorporates by reference the Code of Professional Conduct, examination confidentiality obligations, identity verification consent, and the grounds for credential denial, suspension, or revocation.
chrttechnician.com is the official public registry of the CHRT™ credential, a professional certification for technicians qualified to service humanoid robots from the major OEM platforms in commercial use. The credential is administered by RobotCare, LLC in conformance with ISO/IEC 17024, the AERA/APA/NCME Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing, and ANSI/A3 R15.06-2025. The Site provides credential verification, the public technician directory, candidate and continuing education information, and program governance documents.
You may use the Site for legitimate purposes consistent with these Terms, including verifying a CHRT™ credential, searching the public directory for a qualified technician within published opt-in fields, reviewing program requirements, and registering as a candidate. Automated scraping, harvesting of technician contact information, bulk download of directory data, and use of the directory to compile a competing registry are prohibited.
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or credentials; impersonate a CHRT™ holder; reproduce or distribute confidential examination content; attempt to circumvent identity verification, proctoring, or scoring systems; introduce malicious code, conduct denial-of-service activity, or probe the Site for vulnerabilities outside an authorized disclosure program; or use Site content to train any artificial intelligence model without written permission from RobotCare, LLC.
CHRT™ credential holders may maintain a technician account on the Site for the purpose of managing directory opt-in preferences, recording continuing education, and tracking recertification status. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify RobotCare, LLC promptly of any unauthorized access. RobotCare, LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Candidate Attestation, or the CHRT™ Code of Professional Conduct.
The credential verification tool and public directory display credential status, credential number, issuance date, and expiration date for every active and historical CHRT™ holder. Additional fields (photo, education, prior credentials, service area) are displayed only per the granular opt-in preferences set by each credential holder. Verification results reflect the registry of record as of the moment of query and are provided for due-diligence use by employers, fleet operators, insurance carriers, and OEM authorized service partners.
All content on chrttechnician.com, including text, logos, program documents, examination blueprints, item content, the CHRT™ mark, the Certified Humanoid Robot Technician™ mark, the RobotCare™ mark, the Robot Health Passport™🛡 mark, and the HR IV™ mark, is the exclusive property of RobotCare, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. No license is granted by your access to the Site. Examination content is additionally protected as trade secret and confidential information. The HR IV™ algorithm and Robot Health Passport™🛡 system are the subject of a U.S. Non-Provisional Patent Application; the application number is available under NDA.
Any CHRT™ examination item, scenario, simulation, study guide answer key, or related assessment content encountered in connection with the Site is the confidential intellectual property of RobotCare, LLC. Reproduction, distribution, discussion, photographing, transcription, or any other disclosure of examination content is prohibited and is grounds for permanent revocation of the CHRT™ credential and may result in civil action.
Examination delivery, identity verification, biometric capture, live remote proctoring, and session recording are performed by an independent certification testing partner engaged by RobotCare, LLC under written agreement. The partner operates under non-disclosure obligations and is bound by ISO/IEC 17024 governance. By registering for or sitting for the CHRT™ examination you consent to the partner's processing of your data for these purposes, consistent with the RobotCare, LLC Privacy Policy.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. RobotCare, LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected. Reliance on Site content for safety-critical decisions is the responsibility of the relying party, who must verify against the OEM service bulletins, ANSI/A3 R15.06-2025, ISO 13482, and applicable regulatory requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobotCare, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and certification testing partner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The aggregate liability of RobotCare, LLC for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid to RobotCare, LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RobotCare, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and certification testing partner from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, your infringement of any third-party right, or your violation of applicable law.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. References on the Site to investment interest, strategic partnerships, or acquisition discussions are informational and are subject to separate written agreements. The CHRT™ credentialing infrastructure, including chrttechnician.com, is a core proprietary asset of RobotCare, LLC and is protected accordingly.
Users who access chrttechnician.com for the purpose of verifying or engaging CHRT™ technicians agree that they will not directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, or encourage any RobotCare, LLC employee, contractor, or advisor to leave RobotCare for a period of 24 months from the date of their most recent use of this Site. This provision applies to all commercial users, including fleet operators, OEMs, insurers, and technology companies. This restriction does not apply to general employment advertising not specifically targeted at RobotCare personnel.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection or data protection law.
RobotCare, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the version and Last Updated date in the metadata strip at the top of this page and post a notice on chrttechnician.com for at least 30 days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
