How RobotCare, LLC collects, uses, and protects information on chrttechnician.com. Effective April 11, 2026. Last updated May 11, 2026 (v1.6).
v1.6 · May 11, 2026: Standardized trademark encoding across body and footer: Robot Health Passport™🛡 (shield-plus-TM canonical form) and CHRT™ on display-text navigation labels. Updated patent attribution to the canonical “Patent Pending · RobotCare, LLC · USPTO 2026” format. Replaced direct references to the credential exam proctor with NDA-compliant “our certification testing partner under NDA” phrasing pending formal partnership announcement. Expanded the California rights section to cover both CCPA and CPRA (2023 amendments), including right to correct, right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination rights. Added new disclosure paragraphs covering (a) cryptographic consent captured at the moment a CHRT™ technician signs a Robot Health Passport™🛡 record, and (b) HR IV™ (Humanoid Robot Insurable Value) algorithm data flows, confirming that HR IV™ outputs do not contain personal data of certified technicians. Migrated four inline base64 image assets (RobotCare logo and A3 Member badge, two instances each) to the WordPress Media Library, reducing page weight by approximately 1.6 MB.
v1.5 · April 21, 2026: Added cross-references to the companion product site at robothealthpassport.app and the new Accessibility Statement at chrttechnician.com/accessibility. Expanded the Scope box to clarify how this Policy sits within the RobotCare three-site ecosystem. Added Accessibility subject line to the Contact Us card.
v1.0 · April 11, 2026: Initial publication. Credential-registry Privacy Policy aligned with CCPA and GDPR, reflecting public-registry legitimate-interest grounds for credential record retention.
RobotCare, LLC operates chrttechnician.com, the official public registry of Certified Humanoid Robot Technicians (CHRT™). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website or interact with our credential verification services.
This Privacy Policy is published in English as the official and legally binding version. Translations provided through automated machine translation are for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
The following information about certified technicians is sourced directly from our certification testing partner under NDA exam results and displayed publicly in the credential registry: full legal name, CHRT™ Credential ID, city and country of record, credential issue and expiry dates, credential tier, and Active/Expired/Suspended status. We do not collect or display home addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, biometric data, or financial information.
We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or to train artificial intelligence models.
We do not sell personal data. Credential directory data is publicly visible by design - it constitutes a public professional registry, similar to a nursing license lookup or professional safety certification board.
Data flow to companion product site. When a CHRT™ technician signs service entries on a registered humanoid robot, the technician's CHRT™ Credential ID and issue date are referenced inside the Robot Health Passport™🛡 record stored on robothealthpassport.app. Only the data fields already public in this registry are surfaced there. No home address, phone number, or other non-public personal data is shared between the two sites.
Cryptographic consent on Robot Health Passport™🛡 records. When a CHRT™ technician electronically signs a service entry, calibration record, or component replacement on a registered humanoid robot, that signature is captured as a PKI-signed, blockchain-anchored cryptographic attestation on robothealthpassport.app. The act of cryptographically signing the record constitutes the technician’s consent to the public disclosure of (a) the linkage between the technician’s CHRT™ Credential ID and the specific service event, and (b) the immutable timestamp, robot unit identifier, and service-task category recorded against that signature. This consent cannot be revoked retroactively without invalidating the underlying service record and the downstream insurable-value chain that depends on it. Technicians who do not consent to this public disclosure model should not sign Robot Health Passport™🛡 records.
HR IV™ (Humanoid Robot Insurable Value) data disclosure. RobotCare, LLC operates the HR IV™ algorithm, which derives insurable-value estimates for humanoid robot units from aggregated Robot Health Passport™🛡 service history, OEM platform parameters, and market data. HR IV™ outputs published to OEMs, fleet operators, insurers, and secondary-market buyers reference only the robot unit identifier, OEM platform, and service-history hash; they do not contain personal data of CHRT™ technicians, including names, Credential IDs, or service-event signatures. CHRT™ technician identities remain isolated to the public credential registry on chrttechnician.com and the Robot Health Passport™🛡 record audit trail on robothealthpassport.app, and are not commercialized as inputs to or outputs of HR IV™ valuations.
Other limited disclosures. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or regulatory process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of RobotCare, LLC, our users, or others; and, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of RobotCare, LLC assets, to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
United States (CCPA / CPRA): California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request correction or deletion (subject to exceptions for public professional records), opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. RobotCare, LLC does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information for any secondary purpose beyond operating the public credential registry. California residents may also request information about the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. Verifiable consumer requests may be submitted to ken@robotcare.app.
European Union and UK (GDPR): EU and UK residents have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. We respond within 30 days.
Active credential records are retained for the life of the credential plus a minimum of 7 years after expiry for audit purposes. Visitor log data is retained for 90 days.
We implement SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, regular security scans, access controls limiting credential data modification to authorized RobotCare personnel, and secure GoDaddy Managed WordPress hosting with daily backups.
We use essential cookies required for site functionality and the GTranslate language switcher. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking cookies. EU visitors will be presented with a cookie consent banner on their first visit.
